About Us
Riviera Vegas Mobile Home Park caters to 55+ Senior Citizens living in Las Vegas for the entire year or just the winter season.
We offer affordable lot rent. Each Friday afternoon our residents meet in the clubhouse ballroom to play bingo. We offer Thanksgiving and Christmas Annual Pot Luck dinners. The Good Time Squares offer Beginner Square Dance Class on Wednesday evenings. There is a Billiard room with two tables, balls, and cue sticks. A well stocked Library featuring both paper back and hard back books for the tenants to borrow.
The clubhouse is open to residents from 7a.m. to 7p.m., Monday through Saturday, so you can stop in and have a cup of coffee and chat with other residents while working on jigsaw puzzles.
There are two newly upgraded laundries for those who don't have a washer and dryer, as well as drying area with clothes lines.
Our beautiful swimming pool is another favorite gathering place. It is keyed and open from May 1 to October 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week.
Anita has been managing the park since 2004. Our talented maintenance staff handles everything from soup to nuts. Bev and Sharon make up the cleaning staff who keeps the place in good order.
